When the personal details are collected through the form, it will be necessary for the User to provide, as a minimum, those marked with an asterisk, since if the necessary data is not provided, Palma Aquarium will not be able to provide the service requested.
Furthermore, through providing these details and/or completing the form/s, the User expressly authorises the Entity to use the email address or telephone number as a means of communication and guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, expressly consenting to the use, handling and communication of these for the described purposes.
In the event of providing details of third parties, the person who has provided them guarantees that said party has been informed of the terms outlined in this section.

For what purpose and with what legitimacy do we use your personal information?
Palma Aquarium informs you that the personal details you provide via the website will be handled by Palma Aquarium for the following purposes:
Managing and handling the contractual business relationship derived from the purchase or acquisition of tickets or products available on the website (park tickets, contracting events such as birthdays, weddings, meals, special visits, etc).
Managing and handling the contractual business relationship derived from registering to the campus service.
Keeping you duly informed, by email or any other equivalent medium, of all Palma Aquarium offers, products, services, and promotions that may be of interest to you.
Creating a business profile based on the evolution of the business activity in relation to purchases or requests carried out.
If desired, to register for the Ocean Pass product.

The legitimacy that constitutes the handling of your personal data for usage (1) and (2), is based on the execution of a business contract or pre-contract with Palma Aquarium relating to requested services, as well as the provision of these services.
Additionally, the legitimate basis for handling your personal data for the use indicated in points (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) is based on the express consent given by you for each purpose at the time that the personal data is collected, and under no circumstances, will the withdrawal of this consent restrict the execution of contracts that you have with the Company.

How long will we keep your details?
The personal details to which we have access will be handled for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected. After this, Palma Aquarium will keep the personal details when they are no longer relevant for the purposes for which they were collected, properly blocked, so they can be made available to the competent Public Administrations, Judges, Courts or the Public Prosecution Service for the time limit of the actions that may derive from the relationship maintained with the customer and/or the statutory storage limits. Palma Aquarium will physically delete your data once these time limits have elapsed.
