ACCESS TO THE PARK

From November 1st to March 27th

Monday to Friday:

  • 10.00h: Ticket office opening
  • 14.00h: Last access to the ticket office
  • 15.30h: Closing of the facilities

Weekends and bank holidays (inc 20/12 - 06/01):

  • 10.00h: Ticket office opening
  • 16.00h: Last access to the ticket office
  • 17.30h: Closing of the facilities

Holiday exceptions:

  • 24, 25, 26 and 31 December: Last access to the ticket office 13.00h (closing 14:00h)
  • 01 January: Ticket office opening 11.00h
Opening times subject to change.



REFUNDS

Bought online tickets may only be returned 24 hours before the date of the visit to the aquarium. Must not been used or and has to be still valid, check the expiry date indicated on the ticket.

Refunds will always be made by the same payment method used for the purchase.

GROUPS OF CLUBS D'ESPLAIS OR CAMPUS:

For bookings of Club d'Esplai or Campus groups with a minimum/equal capacity of 20 pax. and a maximum of 50 pax. per day (with monitors) Advance Booking is required by sending an email to info@palmaaquarium.com. Tickets for these groups cannot be sold directly at the ticket office  In the event of inclement weather, the aquarium reserves the right to refuse admission to the group.
